I'm diving deep into the mind of humanity and bringing truth to the surface. Eliminating the lies of this monochrome world and painting it many colors.

Indoctrination: The Affects of Religion on Children

Note:Essay is still in construction.

Religion, as we all know, began many years ago. One may say, perhaps, from the beginning of time. The never ending battle on religious beliefs, religious freedom and the still increasing number of religions has sparked many discussions and controversies throughout the known world. Religions, as you may know, influence our lives both socially, mentally and spiritually, that is why we have reached the topic of “Indoctrination: The Affect of Religion on Children”.

Indoctrination is to imbue with a bias or ideological point of view-a view that is centered around your ideas or beliefs of someone else. Why would we want to brain wash our children? Is it because of we want them to have morals? No! Morals are developed internally. They are the standards which an individual sets for themselves, not some belief or idea that is based on assumptions, theories, or traditions.

Religions, just like some cartoons, brainwash children to believe whatever that specific religion states or teaches, therefore making that child less susceptible to follow another religion because of the religious values or views that have been instilled upon them by their parents, teacher, or some other parental figure.

How can we teach a child about a specific religion because it is our religion? Nonetheless, how do we know, out of the many religions, which religion is the correct one? With an ever increasing amount of religions-each one with its own features, values, beliefs and principles-how do we know which one is the correct one to follow?

Almost-if not-every religion has its own “Bible”. The Muslims have the Quran, meaning “Recitation”, which is a recital of the things which their prophet Mohammad had said. Even in Christianity the Roman Catholics have their own “bible” called the Catechism, which removes the fourth commandment from what Christianity knows to be the “Bible”....

Site's Origin

This blog was created to express myself and share my poems with a friend(reychop). He is an amateur poet, but his poems are still great unlike most amateurs. Aki-chan is the nickname I received from him as a fellow author; however, my pseudonym(nickname) still remains the same. It is true that this is my poetry corner, but it also shows my views on life and simple topics like "Truth" and "Success". In this blog, I will also cover my favorite conspiracies and share my conspiracy theories; one of which happens to be "The Man on the Moon Conspiracy". Does that ring a bell anyone? I'm sure it does, but fear not! I will not bash them too much! Or will I?

"Nobody's Tale About Life" comes from a little generator, but I chose it because of its significance to me. You see, these are my views and Inochira's views on life. I'm just a child/teenager and well, kids don't really have a say in life and Inochira is just my alter ego, so no one talks to him except me. He absolutely hates this because I rarely listen to him. What can I say; his sharp mouth gets me into trouble! But then again, his sharp mouth is straight forward and has great views on life and other things. Inochira is not so bad and cruel once you get to know him. He's actually sincere! I'll write a bio page about him later, but if this explanation about the site wasn't enough let me know and I'll see what I can do.
